When you are doing a job that pays your bill and manages your expense it is all about doing that job right. Here I'm sharing with you my experience of my first job and and night shift in the job.
You can learn a easy way or hard way when you land into your first job. You will learn a lot during working. But some day you will find yourself in the night shift of the job that you can't ignore.
For the starter I recommend that you should not make a perception of the night shift whether its good or bad. It all depends upon you how will you perform in the night shift of your job. For entertainment purpose you can always plug in your ear phones and start listening to your favourite music.
You should prepare a tea or coffee for the night and take it with you in thermos. You can drink it whenever you are feeling sleepy but don't over consume it. Take some snacks with you so that you can eat it in night to keep your self distracted. talk to your collogues as they are in the same situation as you. Taking in night with someone can really help you getting distracted from the situation you are in and help you release your tension. The last 2 hours before your shift getting over is very crucial because that's the time when your mind tells you that it need rest.
Now lets talk about the time when you leave for your home after the night shift, you should never directly went to sleep as you reach home. First you should get fresh, take a bath and eat something to fill your stomach so that when you wake up you don't feel headache.
My time in the night shift was good only the first day was a hard one. When i was trying to understand that what type of work is needed to be done in the night shift. But other than that everything went smoothly. And don't take tension. Always keep in Mind "Ye Raat Bhi Kat Jayegi".
