Every day
is new day of your life with so much possibility. If you can utilize everyday
to its full then you can gain something new every day. You may want to achieve
a certain goal that require long term planning and dedication. You can never
achieve your big goals of future without putting efforts in your present.
Make a list
of things you need to do on daily basis. Everyday you need to bound yourself
with time and goals. Improve yourself daily with learning something new or
continuing something. These repetitive moves daily will improve yourself. Don’t
just make a list of anything think of something that can be achieve and learned
today. If you decide to blindly choose a certain thing that can not be achieve
in a day then you are wasting your time. So, plan your goals with brain.
Know Strength and Weakness
Improvement can only be done when you can find and acknowledge your strength and weakness. Its not easy to find your own strength and weakness more difficult to acknowledge it. It can be anything your personality, behaviors, skills or knowledge. Once you can identify your own flaws and accept then it becomes easy to improve and overcome them. These things required more patience and time to improve. But with daily efforts you can also change and improve them.It takes 21
days to build and destroy any habits. Hope you can start doing this practice on
daily basis and with discipline. It takes lots of efforts to build a habit and
more to destroy one. Whenever we try to learn or build something new we often
compromise with other good things or habits of ours rather then focus on
destroying your bad habits with this exercise. Hope you can improve yourself
and achieve your goals.
